  4. To Install the program, simply Run "SETUP.EXE" from
  5. the "File|Run" Menu ("Start|Run" Menu in Windows 95),
  6. or Double-Click on "SETUP.EXE" while in the File
  7. Manager ("Windows Explorer" in Windows 95).

  9. You must have the file VBRUN300.DLL installed in your
  10. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory to install and run WinAlter.
